Station # 7: “PAJA PELUDA” PORT AND ITS CONECTION WITH “PUNTA DE TIERRA”

This is a quiet port where the grounds former owners used to land and through which the connection of BATIPA Peninsula was made with another nearby port called “Punta de Tierra”. Here transfers of goods and supplies are carried out. But there is an important detail about this interesting place as a proof that testifies about an old human activity in this area, it’s a craftsman freshwater well and the tallest prolific colorful mango trees. All this happens thanks to Cerro BATIPA conservation.
