TRANSPORT Different transport services can be organized (air, land, private or collective)–  From Panama City to David–  From the airport or the bus terminal in David–  From the hotel to BFI–  Inside BFI

HOUSING Depending on duration and preferences, we have plenty of options as:– Staying at BFI ‘ranchos’ surrounded by nature– Small apartments for 2 or 3, basic furniture (beds, kitchen A/A)– Hotels or hostels in David city and Boquete– Staying with local families

SCHEDULE/DURATION OF ACTIVITIES Activities and tours could take 4 to 6 hours, from 8am to 4pm.-Courses for student groups (at least 10 academic hours) are adapted to the staying period and can be set on a daily basis (from 2 to 4 hours a day and from 2 to 5 days a week)

FOOD During the activities at BFI, there are some options to choose:– Snacks and/or lunch during the activity– All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack)

COSTS– Admission to BFI: $ 10 per person– Activity (includes an expert guide): $ 90 per group up to 8 people, $ 10 per additional person– Courses: $ 40 per hour in groups up to 8 people, minimum 10 hours.– The accommodation options range between $ 20 to $ 90 per day, per person– Transport service has a different cost per group or individual and depends on the distance– Refreshments and drinks (water, sodas, snacks): $ 2 per person/day– Daily traditional or local meals: (per person/day)     – Breakfast: $4, Lunch: $8, Dinner: $8
